Actions that Support Your Success

Communicate through your SNHU email; respond to communication from your Advisor.

Check your SNHU email 2-3 times a week.

Log into your module Monday and Tuesday of each week to understand expectations and plan your time.

Spend at least 16 hours per week in each course.

Review all rubrics prior to completing and submitting assignments so you understand and meet expectations.

Submit all assignments on time; be mindful of deadlines.

Be knowledgeable about your program and courses required to complete your degree.

Discuss and approve the course plan your Advisor creates with you.

Ask for help when needed - from your Advisor or instructor. We are here to assist you!

Welcome you to the university and orient you to mySNHU and your learning environment.

Review academic program, create a course plan and enroll you in courses to drive your path to graduation.

Hold you accountable for demonstrating behaviors that will support your success.

Provide you with a response to voicemails and emails within 24 business hours.

Be knowledgeable about policies and communicate these to you when applicable.

Provide guidance, support and resources throughout your program.

Coach, encourage and work to help you build self-confidence and skills to be successful.

Academic Support Services

Academic supports are available to students within their Brightspace course. This can be found in the main navigational menu. These services include: 24/7 Drop-In Tutoring, Written Feedback, Workshops, Peer Tutoring and Academic Coaching.
