Request for Employer Term Statement

To request your Employer Term Statement with the assistance of Student Financial Services, please keep in mind the following:

If you need an itemized employer term statement that includes payments by type, you will use this process for submitting.
You must first complete the request form on this page.
Documents will take about 7-10 business days to process upon receipt of request or after grades are posted for the term.
Documents are only available for terms which have tuition charges applied.
Documents will be returned from ets@snhu.edu.

To request your Employer Term Statement on your own, please keep in mind the following:

If you do not need an itemized employer term statement that includes payments by type, you will use this process for submitting.
Please submit your request using our beta employer term statement.
This document will include:
- Student information: student name, ID, address, program, course title(s), credits earned, and final grade(s).
- Billing information: total charges and payments applied to the account and any remaining balance for the term.
Documents will take about 7-10 business days to process upon receipt of request or after grades are posted for the term.
This document will not include a breakdown of payment type(s) applied to the term.
Documents are only available for terms which have tuition charges applied.
Documents will be returned from ets@snhu.edu.
