Request for Employer Term Statement
To request your Employer Term Statement with the assistance of Student Financial Services, please keep in mind the following:
- If you need an itemized employer term statement that includes payments by type, you will use this process for submitting.
- You must first complete the request form on this page.
- Documents will take about 7-10 business days to process upon receipt of request or after grades are posted for the term.
- Documents are only available for terms which have tuition charges applied.
- Documents will be returned from ets@snhu.edu.
To request your Employer Term Statement on your own, please keep in mind the following:
- If you do not need an itemized employer term statement that includes payments by type, you will use this process for submitting.
- Please submit your request using our beta employer term statement.
- This document will include:
- Student information: student name, ID, address, program, course title(s), credits earned, and final grade(s).
- Billing information: total charges and payments applied to the account and any remaining balance for the term.
- Documents will take about 7-10 business days to process upon receipt of request or after grades are posted for the term.
- This document will not include a breakdown of payment type(s) applied to the term.
- Documents are only available for terms which have tuition charges applied.
- Documents will be returned from ets@snhu.edu.
